Porchetta Platter for 2- (Estate Raised Pig)-Twice Cooked pork belly roasted with sage & cider, American style pork spare ribs marinated in a dry spice rub & Guinness roasted till falling off the bone, and coated in a housemade sweet sour, eye watering,spicy bbq sauce, pork sausages flavoured with fennel & mild chilli on balsamic onions, served with a pomegranate seedless grape & pine nut salad, fennel apple & mint salad, and pickled cabbage and an oven roasted sweet potato $70-00
Snapper Fillet- Fresh Snapper Fillet on oven roasted mixed seasonal vegetables with Moroccan spice, tarragon butter sauce, and sweet potato crisps $28-00
Chicken Basque-- Succulent Chicken Fillet with drumette, slow cooked with smoky chorizo, cacciatore style bases, served on creamy mashed potatoes with cornbread on the side. $26-00
