Shot of Strawberry Wine Soup- served cold;
Strawberry with balsamic reduction, cream cheese on a cracked pepper cracker;
Cherry & Goat's cheese ball rolled in toasted almonds.


Entree

Duck & Strawberry Salad, with red currant dressing

Main Course

Pork Loin filled with fresh cherries & Crushed pistachio nuts, served with baby vegetables, sweet potato mash, and a delicate cherry sauce

Dessert.

Strawberry Cheesecake served with choc-dipped cherries.

Dinner Includes one glass of wine per person
