CARNEVALE DINNER 2011
Our Carnevale Dinner on the 23rd July 2011 at 7.00 pm will showcase
some of our own house reared pig products as well as sourcing the
very best pork products locally.
You will be tantalised by our delectable entrees, and then enjoy a
selection of mains presented to you as share plates. The essence of
carnevale is for family and friends to join together and eat the
spoils of their hard work. Although the only hardwork you'll be
involved in, is enjoying yourselves!!
CARNEVALE DINNER

Dinner commences 7.00pm
$85-00 per person exc. drinks
ENTREE- SERVED ALTERNATELY TO THE TABLE
- Housemade fennel and mascarpone ravioli with pig's trotter sauce
- Slow Cooked pork belly with cauliflower puree and apple cider syrup
MAIN- SERVED AS SHARE PLATES TO THE TABLE
- Spaghetti and meatballs- pork meatballs slowly braised in our wine and tomato sauce
until deliciously tender and served on al dente spaghetti topped with freshly grated
parmesan cheese;
- American Style pork ribs glazed in authentic Canadian Maple Syrup;
- Pork Chops from our Estate raised pig, with seeded mustard sauce served on thyme and
rosemary smashed potatoes;
- Cassoulet de Toulouse- Pork, and Pork & Fennel Sausages from our Estate raised pig,
pancetta, ham hock, duck confit, vegetables and aromatics braised with haricot beans, in a
rich stock and tomato base, topped with a golden crumb.
A seasonal salad and wood fired rosemary bread will be served to the table.
