Entree
Pumpkin Soup with Pumpkin Seed Pesto
(House Grown Queensland Blue Pumpkin roasted with onion and carrots, spiced with paprika, cumin, coriander and topped with pumpkin seed pesto)
Served alternately to the table with
Penne with Puttanesca
(A rich aromatic tomato based sauce flavoured with Kalamata olives, capers, anchovy fillets, garlic and a touch of chilli, tossed through al dente penne pasta)
Main Course
Red Wine Shepherd’s Pie with Colcannon Mash
(Tender lamb braised in combination of red wine, beef stock, vegetables and aromatics, topped with a colcannon mash with savoy cabbage and shallots. Served with a mixed green salad)
Served alternately to the table with
Mark’s Big Burger
( Juicy beef patty blended with Chef’s special blend of herbs and spices, sitting on mixed lettuce, sliced tomato, topped with swiss cheese, caramelised onions, fire roasted red capsicum and a seeded mustard mayonnaise. Served with Chips)
Dessert
Sticky Date pudding with rich rum butterscotch sauce and chantilly cream
Served alternately to the table with
Blackforest Cake with raspberry coulis
All Father’s receive a complimentary bottle of White Wine to take home
CHILDREN 3-12 will be offered : Pumpkin Soup, Big Burger and Blackforest Cake unless advised otherwise.
Booked tables will only be held for 30 minutes
All Bookings will require a 50% deposit paid at the time of booking. Booking will not be confirmed if deposit is not paid.
Deposit will be forfeited if booking cancelled on the day.

UNFORTUNATELY, UNLESS YOU HAVE ADVISED US OF DIETARY REQUIREMENTS AT THE TIME OF BOOKING, WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO VARY ANY OF THE MENU ITEMS TO-DAY.
All meals will be served alternately to the table without exception.
