TRUFFLE TASTING
A truffle tasting session will be conducted at Bacchus Hill Winery in conjunction with Chris Maquet of Truffleberry Farms, and the Victorian Truffle Festival on Saturday the 9th July 2011 at 7.00 pm.The cost per person will be $50-00 and this will include discussion with the Chef and the Winemaker regarding the truffle tasting dishes prepared, and 2 glasses of wine matched to the dishes.
You may of course, purchase additional glasses/bottles of wine at your discretion.
