Pan Fried Butterflied Sardines Escarbeche on crisp bread wafers;
Sauteed Mushrooms served with housemade Pita Bread

Slow Braised rabbit in red wine, with green olives, potatoes and capers;

Mussels with Fregola;

Fresh Made Green Pasta with crab meat, tomato and chilli
Desserts: Served alternately
Frozen Chocolate Mousse with Hot choc- Marshmallow Sauce;
and Raspberry Miroire Mousse Cake
