Amuse Bouche:

 

Pan Fried Scallop on chorizo round, and sweet corn puree

(Slow Roasted Pork Belly with cauliflower puree and sticky shallot

Rare Beef and horseradish cream choux

Wine Match:

Le Repaire de Bacchus 2007 Pinot Noir

 

Entrée:

Prawn Mousse Tortellini with Wholegrain Mustard and Prawn Oil.

(Housemade Tortellini filled with deliciously sweet prawn meat, combined with cayenne pepper,

egg, cream, and citrus zest. Served with a drizzle of rich prawn oil, and wholegrain mustard

sauce.)

Wine Match:

BHW 2007 Riesling


Main Course:

Italian Style Confit of Duck on Charred Radicchio and Pancetta Risotto

( Duck legs marinated over 24 hours with sea salt, thyme, bay, juniper berries and orange juice,

then confited until meltingly tender with shallots and cherry tomatoes, and served on  a creamy bed

of charred radicchio and pancetta risotto)

Wine Match:
Le Repaire de Bacchus 2007 Nebbiolo or BHW 2007 Chardonnay

 

Dessert:

Apple Three Ways/ Two Ways!!

(A trio of tasty mouthfuls, with apple as the centre of attraction.

Apple, Apple Pie and Toffee Apple, accompanied by their matching sorbets.)
