Main course
Beef Goulash with herbed scones
Beef shoulder slowly braised in a hearty beef stock with capsicum, onion, garlic, spcied with paprika, carraway and marjoram, served with warm herb scones.
Alternate with
Lamb caponata on papardelle.
A rich ragout of lamb, onion, garlic, eggplant, roasted red capsicum, olive and tomato served on al dente papardelle pasta, topped with parmesan shavings
Dessert
Dark chocolate mousse with burnt orange sauce and orange sherbet
Alternate with
Raspberry Bavoirs with chantilly cream and musk powder
