Beef Tenderloin cut- mignon, wrapped in bacon and grilled to your liking
topped with Chef Paul’s special black pepper sauce, and served
on a bed of fresh sautéed seasonal vegetables

Chicken Breast sauteed in butter, with shallots and mushrooms,
and slow braised in a Muscat-Cream sauce

House made Touli Pastries filled with Mango and Vanilla Bean Patissiere Cream,
drizzled with chocolate and served with fresh strawberries
