Entrėe (1) - Crab & Herb Omelette

A carefully rolled thin omelette filled with succulent crab meat and fresh herbs drizzled with aioli

Entrėe (2) - Baked Mozzarella & prosciutto

A crisp strip of salty prosciutto encases a soft creamy oozing mozzarella, served with fresh sprouts

Entrée (3) - Oriental Duck roll

Crisp Duck encased in rice paper drizzled with Chef’s special asian sauce

Main Course - Baby Snapper en papillote

Fresh baby snapper steamed with wine and herbs in a parcel made from baking paper-parcel
opened at the table allowing the wonderful aromas to tempt your palate.
Freshly steamed spring vegetables served separately

Dessert (1) - Spring Parfait

Kiwi and passionfruit salsa, topped with vanilla bean custard and a mango rosette

Dessert (2) - Soft cheese and dried fruit plate
