To Confirm your Booking
A deposit of $500-00 is required within 7 days of placing your booking
A Balance of 40% is payable within 2 months of your function booking date and the full balance is payable 7 days prior to the function date.
Final Guest Numbers and Menu Confirmation is required 7 days prior to the function date.
Note: Prices are based on quoted number of guests and are subject to alteration if guest numbers change.
A Venue Hire charge of $1,100 applies to all bookings.
A Bond of $1,000-00 is required for 18 or 21st birthday bookings.
A Bond of $500-00 is required for all other events, unless varied by management in writing at time of booking.
No alcohol is to be brought in or around the premises. If alcohol is found, the proprietors have the right to evict patrons not complying with house policy.
Public Holidays: 20% surcharge applies to all State Public Holidays.
Children between the age of 3 and 12 are half price of the Main Meal only *
The Price is calculated on the total number of confirmed guests. Any reduction in numbers once confirmation is given, will not be varied from agreed final price. Children’s reduction does not apply to Dessert, or cocktail menus.

The Deposit of $500-00 is non-refundable
The Deposit of 40% is non-refundable but will be deducted from your total invoice, if you proceed.
